Changed Your Mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send your order back to us.

To arrange a return, simply email theoriginalbrickbuddy@gmail.com with your order details.

You're welcome to open your parcel and inspect your BRICK BUDDY®. However, please take reasonable care of the product. If it's been handled beyond what's necessary to inspect it, we may deduct any resulting loss in value from your refund, where permitted by law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty or we've sent you the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and a photograph, if possible.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue and cover reasonable return costs where the problem is our responsibility.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we'll arrange your refund to your original payment method, including standard delivery charges where required by law.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may be subject to different cancellation and return arrangements. Please contact us if you have any questions about a custom order.
